We focus on enhancing your overall general physical preparedness. We are not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize your physical capabilities in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. With that in mind, we can meet anyone’s goals. Our programs are scalable for all fitness levels, age groups, and physical limitations
